  1. 1. Permission comes first
  2. 2. Prohibited material
  3. 3. Review and publication
  4. 4. Restrictions and review
  5. 5. Reporting and rights complaints

1. Permission comes first

Use authorized music and other materials, and obtain informed permission to use another person’s identifiable likeness or voice. Do not present a synthetic performance as a real endorsement, recording or statement without a lawful basis and appropriate disclosure.

A searchable recording or preset is not a licence for public performance, synchronization, advertising or resale. Check the rights needed for your intended release.

2. Prohibited material

Do not submit child sexual exploitation, sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, nudification or other sexually explicit material. This project is not an adult-content platform.

Do not submit targeted harassment, threats, hate or terrorist promotion, exposed private information, scams, malicious files or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not disguise a prohibited request or bypass a safety restriction.

These prohibitions include real, synthetic, illustrated or animated depictions of minors or people who appear to be minors in context. A fictional label, aged-up depiction, coded prompt or claim that a subject is actually an adult does not permit sexualization of minors. Adult consent does not permit pornography on this music-video service.

3. Review and publication

Inspect the complete output before distribution, including how people are depicted, lyrics and subtitles, misleading edits, and any disclosure required for synthetic media. Do not remove provider-required provenance or claim that an output is guaranteed lawful.

A posted policy does not prove that every moderation or takedown workflow is implemented. Production remains closed while operational safeguards and reporting channels are being finalized.

4. Restrictions and review

For suspected violations we may take action proportionate to severity, history and risk, including restricting content or access, canceling pending tasks, revoking sessions, suspending or terminating accounts, and preserving necessary records. Urgent child-safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud or security concerns may require immediate action and reports to competent authorities where required by law.

A material account restriction may be challenged through the verified support channel when available. Good-faith complaints, truthful reviews and lawful payment disputes are not themselves policy violations. An appeal does not automatically pause a restriction. Temporary restrictions and termination for material breach have different consequences, as explained in the terms.

This policy does not claim universal automated screening, a particular safety vendor, a working in-product report form or a fixed review time. Those operational capabilities must be verified before public submission opens.

5. Reporting and rights complaints

The support page lists information useful for a rights or safety report: a specific URL or project identifier, a description of the concern and your relationship to the material. Do not send extra sensitive files or identity documents to an unverified channel.

A verified reporting contact and the procedures required for the markets served must be established before public content submission opens. No unverified takedown deadline or automated safety-vendor integration is promised.

A copyright complaint should identify the protected work, the specific material and its location, your relationship to the rights holder and authority to act, a working contact route, a good-faith explanation and the requested correction or removal. Provide any further statement or signature required by the applicable process without sending unnecessary private material.
