Privacy notice

This notice explains browsing, local drafts and the data used when account, payment or generation features are enabled. Music MV operates independently from other products.

Preview notice · Operator and support details are pending. Final commercial policies have not taken effect. Updated 19 October 2026.

1. Browsing and local previews

The browser requests pages and example media from this site. Hosting and network infrastructure necessarily handle connection information such as IP address, request timing and response status. A language preference is saved in a cookie when you choose a display language.

Selecting a photo for preview is different from submitting it for production. Where the template states that production is closed, newly selected photos remain a page preview and are not submitted for generation. Do not assume that local drafts or file selections are a secure backup.

2. Music search and import

When you search, your query is sent to the music-search service. Importing a public music link requires the service to fetch and process that source; external media hosts may receive associated network requests. Do not put confidential or identifying information into a search query.

If you choose to play an embedded YouTube preview or open an external music page, your browser connects to that provider, which receives connection and playback information under its own privacy policy. A privacy-enhanced embed does not mean that no data is transmitted.

Searching or previewing a track is not evidence of permission to reuse it. Refer to the terms of use for music and likeness rights.

3. Cookies, sessions and drafts

The application uses session cookies to distinguish visitors and, when configured, signed-in accounts. Clearing cookies can remove access to a visitor session. Language choices and any draft restoration have different purposes from a saved project.

The current tab uses sessionStorage for a temporary creation draft: your brief, whitelisted public track and preset selections, clip timing, style, aspect ratio and resolution, and indicators that private files must be selected again. Audio/photo contents, private filenames and signed URLs are not stored in this draft. Restoration rejects drafts older than eight hours.

Use Clear draft to remove the local draft, or clear this site’s browser data. Browser session restoration may preserve tab data, so closing a tab is not a guaranteed immediate deletion. Removing a local draft does not delete a separately saved server project. Shared-device users should clear their draft when finished. Account deletion and a verified support channel are not currently available in the preview.

4. Data and purposes when features are enabled

Account authentication uses the enabled login provider and identifiers needed to associate your projects and orders. The Google integration requests OpenID and email, not access to Google Drive or your mailbox. Email-code login remains unavailable until separately enabled.

Submitted audio, photos, prompts, clip timing, generation results and task metadata are used to provide the requested creation, storage and playback, investigate errors and protect the service. Payment records include order and transaction identifiers, amounts, currency, credits and entitlement status; card details are entered with the hosted payment provider rather than in a Music MV card form.

We use the necessary account, request, usage and transaction records to authenticate access, deliver purchased benefits, prevent duplicate billing and unauthorized resource use, investigate payment disputes, enforce content rules and meet legal obligations. This notice does not authorize unrelated advertising use of private uploads.

5. Service providers and international processing

Before enabling these services, the operator must identify the data controller and contact route, the enabled authentication, email, storage and model providers, the data each receives, purposes and applicable legal bases, retention and deletion rules, and relevant cross-border safeguards.

A submitted creation may require audio, images, prompts and task metadata to be processed by configured generation and storage providers. This is a future service description, not a claim that all providers, safeguards or deletion workflows are already active.

We may disclose necessary records where required by law or a valid authority request, or to protect rights and safety. A business transfer may require information to move to the successor subject to applicable data-protection obligations. No storage country, transfer safeguard or supplier integration is claimed without verification.

6. Retention, deletion and security

Local draft expiry is not a server-side retention policy. Removing a draft or a result from your view does not by itself erase order, usage, security or dispute records. Necessary financial and security records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an investigation, subject to applicable law.

Account deletion and a formal data-request channel are not currently available in the preview. Actual retention periods, deletion procedures, backup treatment and any lawful exceptions must be established and disclosed before registration opens.

Session protections and access controls reduce risk, but no online service is perfectly secure. Do not disclose session tokens, verification codes, payment secrets or private media in a public report. Report suspected compromise through the verified support channel when available.

7. Privacy rights and updates

You can change display language, clear the browser’s site data, and stop before uploading or submitting a creation. A formal route for access, correction, deletion and other applicable privacy requests must be published with the operator’s identity before registration opens.

No fixed deletion deadline, guaranteed storage region or encryption-at-rest claim is made here without verified implementation. The final notice must describe the actual service and must preserve rights required by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or restriction, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. Material changes will be published with an accurate date and communicated before taking effect through an available channel, except where earlier action is required by law or necessary for safety or security.
